If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, save the original packaging and we will provide you with information to negotiate replacement or refund via the shipper's policy.

NOTE: We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges for the original purchase or return. Glorious Garden will not refund or re-ship any orders that were classified as undeliverable or misdirected due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer. We will provide tracking information upon request to help locate a package.
